About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Executive who will manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with accounting tools like Zoho Books and capable of ensuring smooth financial coordination within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Invoicing & Billing
Create and manage invoices using Zoho Books
Ensure timely and accurate billing for all clients
Maintain proper documentation of all invoices
Payment Follow-ups & Collections
Regularly follow up with clients for pending payments
Coordinate with clients for cheque collections (if required)
Maintain a structured follow-up system to ensure timely collections
Financial Tracking & Reporting
Prepare invoicing reports and track receivables
Generate financial reports as required by management
Monitor outstanding payments and update records regularly
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Ensure all accounting data is updated and organized
Coordination with CA




Assist the Chartered Accountant in financial tasks
Provide required data and reports for compliance and audits
Support in tax filings and statutory requirements when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
Robust follow-up and communication skills
Good understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in agency or service-based business accounting
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
