The Organic World is a leading retail chain focused on providing organic, natural, and healthy products to customers. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Store Associates to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Ensure shelves are properly stocked, arranged, and replenished.
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
Monitor product availability and report stock shortages.
Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing inventory.
Support promotional activities and in-store offers.




Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
Work towards achieving store sales and customer service targets.
Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in retail stores, supermarkets, or FMCG outlets.
Basic knowledge of customer service and sales.
Positive communication skills in Kannada and basic English.
Ability to work in shifts and weekends.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of billing and inventory processes is preferred.
Educational QualificationPUC / Any Graduate.
