About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer who can create engaging and professional visual content for our organization, social media platforms, news portals, events, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Design creative posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, and promotional creatives for social media.
Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
Design news graphics, breaking news posts, headlines, thumbnails and informational creatives for news portals.
Create creatives for NGO activities, CSR initiatives, awareness campaigns, events and special occasions.
Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Work closely with the HR, Media, Content and Management teams to understand design requirements.
Create designs within deadlines and handle multiple design requirements efficiently.
Edit and improve existing designs as per requirements.
Keep updated with current design trends, social media trends and creative formats.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Canva.




Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW will be an advantage.
Positive understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts and visual composition.
Ability to create attractive and skilled social media creatives.
Basic knowledge of photo editing and image retouching.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate
Freshers with positive designing skills can apply.
Candidates with 0–1 years of experience always will be preferred.
A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field is an advantage.
Candidates having a portfolio of previous designs will be preferred.
