Role & responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about career and upskilling programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Guide students throughout the admission process and resolve their queries.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience in Admissions Counselling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Academic Counselling, Tele Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
Comfortable working in the US Night Shift (9:30 PM 6:30 AM).
Target-driven with strong persuasion and communication skills.
Willing to work from the office.
