Position Overview

DS & AI team is seeking a DS/AI Engineer to accelerate chatbot and GenAI development with a focus on rapid deployment, enterprise use-cases, and scalable production systems. The role involves building RAG-based chatbot systems, integrating enterprise data, and deploying scalable GenAI solutions. The engineer will work directly with the DS Lead in a high-ownership setting with rapid execution cycles and will be responsible for the full lifecycle of GenAI solutions from prototyping to production deployment. Only candidates with real GenAI/chatbot development experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Develop RAG-based chatbot solutions
Prototype and deploy use cases rapidly
Build retrieval pipelines
Develop backend APIs
Implement prompt engineering and evaluation




Ensure monitoring and continuous improvements
Deliver production chatbot systems
Implement RAG pipeline end-to-end
Build and maintain API services
