Key Responsibilities.
Arrange transportation through approved transporters and logistics partners.
Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, transporters, and customers for smooth execution of orders.
Track tanker, container, and parcel movements and provide regular status updates.
Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to chemical products.
Maintain dispatch records, freight records, and transporter databases.
Resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, and customer logistics concerns.
Knowledge of Transportation process.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
MBA (Operations,



Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or equivalent) candidates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office .
Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with tanker movements, bulk shipments, and industrial logistics.
Good understanding of transporter management and freight negotiation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
