Sourcing Mix: 60% Open Market & 40% Branch Channel / DST.
Generate business through open-market and branch-led sourcing.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure quality sourcing.
Ensure adherence to bank policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility:
Full time Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant BFSI experience.
Solid communication, sales, and relationship-management skills.
