We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with expertise in agency development and distribution.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth through agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agents to increase sales performance.
Conduct regular training sessions for agents on products, services, and best practices.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify prospects for expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.




Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in agency development or a related field within the insurance industry.
Robust understanding of insurance products and services, including life insurance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
