Role & responsibilities
Prepare and cook Continental dishes such as pasta, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, grilled items, soups, and breakfast.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
Follow standard recipes and portion control.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Preferred candidate profile
15 years of experience as a Continental Chef, Commis Chef in a caf, restaurant, or hotel.
Good knowledge of Continental cuisine.
Robust understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
