Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth across assigned territories. The role focuses on expanding market presence, driving revenue, building solid channel partnerships, and strengthening relationships within the HoReCa and commercial segments. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of on ground execution and strategic thinking to accelerate Pune Gas footprint in the region.

Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across HoReCa, industrial, and commercial segments
Build and manage strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients
Lead market mapping, competitor analysis, and territory planning
Ensure effective execution of sales campaigns and lead conversion
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless customer experience
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports,



and provide actionable insights
Strengthen brand presence through on ground engagement and industry networking

Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in LPG, energy, or industrial solutions
Solid understanding of regional markets and customer behaviour
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Self-motivated with a proactive and ownership driven mindset
