Roles & Responsibilities :-
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR qualified to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales hiring across the Ahmedabad region.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with business heads and regional sales managers for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of sales positions within defined TAT.
Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
Track recruitment MIS, attrition reports, and hiring dashboards.
Build solid talent pipelines for high-volume sales hiring.
Ready to travel across the assigned region for recruitment drives.
