Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential construction (independent houses, villas, apartments).
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Handle client/site visits and provide updates on project status.
Identify and resolve in office issues and technical challenges.

Pay:



₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
