Strong interest and flair for recruitment with excellent interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred. Bulk hiring experience will be an added advantage; freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable understanding of IT and Non-IT profiles and their respective hiring requirements.
Willingness to work from the office 6 days a week is mandatory.
Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple requirements, coordinate with candidates, and work in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.
