The incumbent leads the end-to-end tender lifecycle, from opportunity discovery to bid preparation, cross-functional coordination, order conversion, and commercial recovery..

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical

Industry: Power, Cement, Steel, Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure

Budget : 40K to 45K

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete tendering process from identification to order conversion.
- Manage tenders on GeM and other Government/PSU e-Tendering portals.
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical/commercial bids within deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for quotations,



documents and compliance requirements.
- Prepare comparative statements and manage tender-related documentation.
- Follow up with customers for tender status, enquiries, orders and payments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts and Management teams.
- Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor tender pipeline, order conversion and business opportunities.
- Guide junior team members and ensure timely completion of tender activities.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in Tender Management / Inside Sales / Industrial Sales.
- Experience in GeM, Government/PSU tenders preferred.
- Industrial sector experience in Power, Cement, Steel, Mining or Oil & Gas preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, tender documentation and e-Tendering.
- Solid communication, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Hindi, English and regional language proficiency preferred.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
