- Read and understand Plan document, plan adoption agreement, and plan amendments
- Reconcile census to payroll records




- Design and execute audit plan for relevant compliance-based audit for the following areas:o Employee and employer deferralso Plan eligibilityo Investment income allocationo Plan loanso Benefit payments
- Supervise a team of 1-2 people (For Senior level)
- Read and understand IRS 5500 filings
- Read and understand TPA discrimination testing reports and findings/corrective actions
- Prepare/review GAAP based financial statement for employee benefit plansQualifications:3 years of experience working in a public accounting firm.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.Job Location : Mumbai
