NATURE AND SCOPE:Person will be responsible for selling Structural Adhesives & Thermal Management solutions directly to Key and Strategic customers and through distributors. He/She will also be responsible to pursue sales leads, visit existing customers, identify new customer, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services, gather market intelligence and provide correct sales forecast for planning inventories.ResponsibilitiesIdentification of new customersSupport & develop existing customersConduct products trial, recommend products, and resolve customer complaints through coordinating with internal technology teamConduct Customer and Distributor Training programsForecast sales,



plan & monitor inventoryResponsible for gathering market and competitor informationAchieve sales and collection targetsReceivable timely from customer and distributorsProvide customer feedback to PARKER LORD technical teamDevelop value proposition and value sell SA products to new customersIdentify and develop Recent Customer accounts to generate current businessMonitoring, Analysing and Maintaining Sales Data and report them periodicallyCoordinate with Warehouse team for products logisticsConduct product trials and resolve customer complaints with support from technology teamOrganize customer and distributor training programsQualificationGraduate/Diploma in Engineering (Polymer/Mechanical/Chemical/Adhesive5-10 years’ experience of Industrial Selling, especially selling product related to technologyExperience in industrial applications (Preferably automotive)
