Role & responsibilities Database Platforms : EDB PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL. Tools : pgBackRest, WAL, pgBouncer, PG Pool, PEM, MySQL Workbench, MySQL replication, EFM, and monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, or Prometheus. Scripting : Proficiency in SQL, Bash, Python, or other automation languages. Cloud Platforms : AWS, GCP, Azure (experience with cloud-specific database services is preferred). Security : Strong knowledge of database security protocols and compliance standards. Operating Systems : Linux (preferably Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL) and Windows Server. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Proactive approach to learning and applying recent technologies.
