Experience : 8-10 Years experience in tool room of heavy engineering manufacturing industry ,preferably having modern machine shop with CNC turning centre/floor boring machines/ Waldrich Plano millers Vertical turning lathes / Hobbing machines etc. Educational Qualifications : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Having academic with > 60% marks throughout degree/diploma. Preferred Additional Knowledge He must possess positive knowledge of different kind of materials, Tooling & conversant with latest tool technology. Good knowledge of metal cutting machines like CNC Plano millers/ CNC Horz. Boring machines/ turning centres /CNC Hobbing machine etc.. Worked closely or independently for developing new tools time to time for customized application. Person should be dynamic & result oriented & keen to work closely with machine shops. Experience on making machine shop jobs process & having very good drg. reading. Knowledge of ISO & working on SAP Hana Module will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft projects for planning & scheduling for resource will be added advantage.
