NPD Executive, Artworks This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for an NPD Executive, Artworks , who will be crucial in coordinating the design and approval process for all product artworks across our brands like Man Matters, Be Bodywise, and Little Joys. You will manage the entire lifecycle of artwork development from initial brief to print and digital renders, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals. Key Responsibilities Artwork Coordination: Coordinate with multiple teams to design product artwork, from initiating the brief and label making, to managing changes, sending to print, and developing digital renders. Proofreading & Approval: Proofread all artworks meticulously and ensure final approval before printing. Code Generation: Generate barcodes and SKU codes for new products. Approval Management:



Coordinate effectively to ensure timely artwork approvals. Documentation & Repository: Maintain a central repository for all artworks and new product launch information. Product Description Writing: Be well-versed in writing compelling product descriptions. E-commerce Understanding: (Good to have) Understanding of the e-commerce cycle. Qualifications Solid attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and get work done with others. Demonstrated project coordination skills. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
