In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
