Your Role Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and soak tests for the NDB platform. Conduct system-level testing across distributed components to simulate real-world scenarios. Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts for large-scale, distributed systems. Identify and simulate real-world traffic patterns and workloads to test system limits. Evaluate CPU, memory, network I/O, disk throughput, connection handling , and overall system responsiveness under load. Collaborate with developers and architects to optimize application and system performance. Set up and maintain performance testing environments and test data at scale. Develop and maintain reusable, parameterized test scripts using JMeter, Gatling, or Locust . Integrate performance tests with Prometheus/Grafana stack for real-time monitoring and historical trend analysis. Continuously monitor CI/CD pipelines for performance regressions. Document test results, KPIs, and suggest actionable improvements.
