Job Responsibilities

- Content and Campaign Strategy: Formulate, curate, create, and devise engaging digital content and campaign strategies across relevant platforms for assigned brands.
- Digital Presence Management: Manage and supervise social and digital presence, including execution, online response management, and maintenance of online media properties.
- Platform Engagement: Engage hands-on across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, websites, mobile apps, blogs, and forums.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute project and campaign requirements, fostering strong team partnerships.
- Strategy Formulation: Assist in strategy development by providing creative input for campaigns, based on primary experience with online consumers and the brand.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare analysis, review, and reports on campaign effectiveness by tracking KPIs and measuring the impact of social and digital media strategies.

Requirements

- Post Graduate, Graduate, or holder of a UGC-approved Diploma in Mass Media, Marketing Communication, Advertising, or equivalent.
- Certification in Digital Media, SEO, SEM, or Ecommerce is a plus.
- 1-3 years of work experience with a brand,



digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency.
- Professional-level proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of social media channels, digital media, and online marketing, with an understanding of the latest industry trends and marketing campaigns.
- Strong oral and written communication, presentation, analytical, and collaborative skills.
- Highly organized, capable of handling multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with team members.
- Keen attention to detail.
