Workspace One, PDQ Connect, Intune Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to support enterprise endpoint operations across Workspace ONE UEM, PDQ, Microsoft Intune, and related enterprise support tools including ControlUp, Airlock, and BeyondTrust. The role will focus on device administration, application packaging and deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, monitoring, secure access support, and production support. Key Responsibilities • Administer Workspace ONE UEM, including enrolment, profiles, compliance, and application management. • Manage Microsoft Intune for device configuration, app deployment, compliance, and Autopilot support. • Use PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory for software packaging, deployment, and inventory management. • Perform patching and vulnerability remediation for endpoints and third-party applications. • Troubleshoot complex endpoint, application, certificate, connectivity, and access issues. • Support application packaging, updates, modifications, and retirements. • Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for reporting and remediation. • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. • Collaborate with client, security, infrastructure, and application teams. • Provide L3 support and vendor escalation when required. • Use ControlUp for monitoring, performance analysis, and proactive issue detection. • Support secure remote access and privileged access workflows using BeyondTrust. • Work with Airlock as part of application access control, secure access, or endpoint security operations as applicable to the environment.



Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM. • Robust hands-on experience with PDQ Deploy / Inventory. • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune. • Experience with Windows 10/11, endpoint management, and application deployment. • Knowledge of patching, vulnerability management, and software packaging. • PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting expertise. • Good understanding of Entra ID, Active Directory, and Conditional Access. • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience. • Experience with ControlUp, Airlock, and BeyondTrust in enterprise environments. Preferred Experience • Experience in large enterprise environments. • Experience with Workspace ONE Access or Intelligence. • Experience with Microsoft Graph and automation. • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android devices. • Experience using ControlUp for endpoint monitoring and analysis. • Experience supporting BeyondTrust for secure access or privileged access use cases. • Exposure to Airlock in enterprise security or access management workflows. Coverage / Schedule • Coverage will be staggered to support 7AM EST – 7PM EST. • Each resource will serve as the primary on-call contact during their working hours. Since this is a client-facing role and the resource will be working directly with the client team, communication skills are mandatory along with technical skills. Please give special attention to assessing communication skills during interviews. Education • B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
