Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Jr. Creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, showroom branding, and other marketing requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a positive eye for design, typography, colours, layouts, and current creative trends, along with the ability to understand brand requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, advertisements and promotional creatives.
- Develop creatives for sales campaigns, offers, festivals, new product launches and showroom promotions.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, catalogues and banners.
- Support the marketing team with creative requirements for furniture products and showroom activities.
- Edit product images and perform basic photo retouching when required.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, fonts, colours and visual identity.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to convert ideas and briefs into attractive visual concepts.
- Create multiple design options based on campaign requirements and feedback.
- Ensure all creatives are delivered accurately and within the given timelines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media and advertising trends.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets properly.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Canva or other design tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of social media creative formats and dimensions.
- Basic photo editing and image manipulation skills.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and follow brand guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply.

Preferred Candidate
- Creative, energetic and willing to learn.
- Strong interest in advertising, branding and digital marketing.
- Good sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Candidates with experience in furniture, retail, e-commerce or digital marketing will have an added advantage.
- Portfolio of previous creative work is preferred.
