About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Recruitment to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands the US hiring market, and can take ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, submission, and closure.
- Experience as a Technical IT Recruiter hiring IT professionals.
- Familiar with different US Tax terms such as W2, Corp-Corp & etc.
- Connect with US Citizens, Green Card, EAD, and H-1B candidates to understand their profiles, explain job opportunities, and assess their suitability.
- Source IT candidates from junior to senior levels using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, databases, networking, and other platforms.
- Work on diverse technical requirements including ERP, CRM, Data Warehousing, Databases, System Administration,



Networking, Telecom/Datacom, Embedded Systems, and Internet Technologies.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews, resume screening, reference checks, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate client interviews, support candidates with pre-interview preparation, and manage post-interview follow-ups through closure.
- Post and maintain job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring timely updates and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with significant experience in US Recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in conducting candidate screening and discussing job opportunities.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively during EST Shift (night-shift hours.)
