Job Title: Inside Sales Associate – Back Office Sales Support

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Inside Sales Associate to power our sales and transactions team from behind the scenes. You'll be the engine that turns raw owner leads into verified, presentation-ready warehouse proposals — the backbone that lets our field and deal teams move rapid with accurate information. This is a high-learning, high-growth role for someone early in their career who wants to build a deep understanding of industrial real estate while mastering the tools and rigor of a fast-scaling proptech company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Verification & Database Enrichment

• Call up owner/broker leads to verify property details — dimensions, specifications, pricing, availability, and documentation status.

• Cross-check facts against site data, records, and internal tools to ensure every proposal is 100% verified before it reaches a client.

• Continuously enrich and maintain the warehouse database with accurate, up-to-date property information.

Proposal & Presentation Support





• Build and customize high-quality PowerPoint proposals and property decks to support the sales team's client pitches.

• Turn around bespoke, on-brand presentations quickly as deal requirements evolve.

Coordination & Cross-Functional Support

• Coordinate site visits — scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups — for the sales and transactions teams.

• Work closely with the Procurement, Scouting, and Funding teams to keep deal information aligned and moving forward.

• Act as a reliable back-office extension of the sales team, picking up ad-hoc support as transactions demands.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication — comfortable on the phone with owners/brokers and confident drafting proposals.

• Highly proactive and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple leads and deals without dropping details.

• Comfortable with technology — quick to learn in-house tools and platforms.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint (and working knowledge of Excel/Word).

• Young, malleable, and eager to learn — someone who can grow into a larger role as our company scales.
