- This role requires advanced experience in Compliance function for 6-8 years. Knowledge level is comparable to a master's degree from reputed and accredited university or college.
- Technical remit includes Medical Industry codes applicable in India & South Asia (e.g. UCMPMD, UCPMP), Anti-bribery and Anti-Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Fair Competition, Public Procurement, Privacy, Export trade compliance and demonstrable skills in Compliance risk management and Compliance operations.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong data analytics skills: ability to locate and analyse facts to determine relevant actions.
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and drive independently tasks and projects to conclusion in a rapid-paced environment.
- Interpersonal skills to work, team player and lead effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, ability to detect emerging compliance and industry trends and develop appropriate responses.
