Role Description The Product Business Manager is a full-time role and it is for PAN INDIA location, responsible for driving the business performance of selected product lines and solutions. This position involves conducting market and competitor analysis, defining product positioning, and supporting business planning to meet revenue and margin targets. The role includes collaborating with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, creating sales tools, and supporting key customer meetings and technical discussions. The Product Business Manager will oversee cross-functional coordination with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure timely delivery,



quality, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing product life cycles, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports for leadership, and contributing to new product initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct Market Analysis and apply strong Analytical Skills to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Experience in Business Planning, including forecasting, pricing, and strategy development for product lines.
- Proven Sales skills, with experience supporting sales teams, engaging with customers, and driving revenue growth.
- Project Management capabilities to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver on business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Experience in industrial instrumentation, process optimization, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, proficiency in standard office and analytical tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Sales of Field Instruments like (Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Etc.)
- Industry Exposure of Cement, Steel and Power Plants.
