Role Description The Business Development Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting growth and outreach initiatives for TheCconnects. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential partners and interview candidates, assisting with lead generation campaigns, and conducting basic market research on industry trends and target audiences. The intern will help maintain and update contact databases, support communication with prospects and contributors, and coordinate follow-ups to build long-term relationships.



Additional tasks may involve preparing simple reports, supporting marketing and outreach activities, and collaborating with the editorial and operations team to strengthen the platform's presence in the global C-Suite community.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret basic market and business data.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and professional verbal communication.
- Lead generation and prospecting skills, with interest in outreach and relationship-building.
- Market research capabilities, including online research and competitive analysis.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness and qualified interaction.
- Interest in business, entrepreneurship, and leadership content; prior internship or project experience in business development or marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
