We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a key player in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. You will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling employee inquiries, and assisting with performance management processes. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus,



as is familiarity with employment law. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, able to work independently and as part of a team. They will possess a robust understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to providing exceptional support to employees at all levels.
