SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) IAM Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management, SailPoint IIQ implementation, integration, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Active Directory, LDAP, SQL, Java, REST/Web Services, SCIM APIs, and JDBC integrations.

Experience

- 8+ years of overall Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and support experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily monitoring, health checks, and operational support of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
- Provide incident, problem, and production support for IAM-related issues.
- Configure and enhance SailPoint IIQ workflows, connectors, rules, and business processes.
- Design, implement, and support integrations with enterprise applications and directories.
- Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle management.
- Manage access requests, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
- Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and role management processes.
- Configure and manage IAM policies and access governance controls.
- Troubleshoot complex SailPoint and integration issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support change, release, deployment, and production implementation activities.
- Ensure effective integration with Active Directory, LDAP, databases,



and enterprise applications.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, operational procedures, and runbooks.
- Support internal/external audits and IAM compliance requirements.
- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams to resolve IAM issues and deliver enhancements.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a production environment and handle critical IAM incidents.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in enterprise/banking environments would be an added advantage.
