Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented marketing professional to lead on-ground and digital execution for our luxury real estate portfolio in Hyderabad. This is a mid-level role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate marketing strategy into high-impact execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management

- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and on-ground channels
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely campaign rollouts
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation and brand visibility

Channel Management

- Oversee digital platforms including paid media, social media, email marketing, and website updates
- Manage offline channels such as events, activations, print, and outdoor advertising
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Vendor & Agency Coordination

- Work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver high-quality outputs
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively




- Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Lead Generation & CRM Coordination

- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals
- Track leads, conversions, and ROI of campaigns
- Ensure smooth flow of leads into CRM systems and follow-up mechanisms

Market & Competition Tracking

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Hyderabad real estate
- Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies

Qualifications & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in marketing execution, preferably in real estate or luxury sectors
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Experience working with multiple agencies and stakeholders
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
