About The Role

The role will support the Global Business Development team in driving international business growth through customer engagement, market research, sales coordination, export activities, and opportunity development. The position will involve working closely with international customers, distributors, channel partners, and internal cross-functional teams to support business opportunities and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support international business development activities by identifying prospective customers, distributors, and project opportunities.
- Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals, tender submissions, quotations, and other sales documentation in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up with international customers, distributors, and partners regarding enquiries and ongoing business opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify infrastructure projects, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to ensure timely responses to customers.
- Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM platform and prepare periodic reports.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with customers and channel partners through regular communication and timely support.
- Support export business activities, including international customer handling, export documentation, and coordination of overseas shipments.
- Contribute to achieving the Global Business Development team's objectives through effective coordination, customer engagement, and timely execution of assigned activities.

Key Deliverables

- Development and maintenance of a healthy pipeline of international business opportunities.




- Timely follow-up and response to international customer and distributor enquiries.
- Timely preparation and submission of techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
- Identification of relevant infrastructure projects, market opportunities, and industry trends.
- Accurate and timely maintenance of CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Effective coordination with internal teams for timely customer responses and execution of business activities.
- Smooth coordination of export documentation and overseas shipment activities.
- Contribution towards the achievement of Global Business Development team objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
- MBA in Marketing or International Business will be an added advantage.
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or B2B Technical Sales, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience in export business, including international customer handling, export documentation, and coordination of overseas shipments.
