Location: Ahmedabad

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Experience: 0–3 Years

Employment: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit IT professionals for US-based requirements

• Review resumes and match candidates with suitable job openings

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms

• Coordinate with candidates, clients, and hiring teams

• Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good English communication skills

• Strong sourcing and candidate coordination skills

• Good understanding of recruitment processes

• Target-oriented and willing to learn

• Comfortable working US night shifts
