Role Description The Event Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for generating and managing event-related sales leads, coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements, and preparing tailored proposals that align with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include supporting event planning and logistics, maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.



The Event Sales Coordinator will track sales performance, update records in relevant systems, and assist in post-event follow-ups to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Communication, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Event-related competencies, such as Event Planning and Event Management, to support the design, coordination, and execution of events.
- Sales-oriented abilities, including Sales and lead generation, to identify opportunities and convert prospects into confirmed events.
- Relevant experience in event coordination, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Raipur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM or event management tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
