Hiring: Product Content Specialist

We are looking for a Product Content Specialist to join our Digital Content Platforms team. The role involves managing, enhancing, validating, and publishing product content for global digital platforms and websites.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect product specifications, data, and metadata.

/n

- Develop and maintain accurate, structured product descriptions and digital content.

/n

- Review and validate product data standardized using Generative AI/LLM tools , cross-checking against original source content.

/n

- Track AI-generated content accuracy, success/failure rates, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

/n

- Publish product content through content authoring/content management systems.

/n

- Ensure content complies with corporate style guidelines, brand standards, legal requirements, and global website standards.

/n

- Verify product data structure, formatting, images, and other digital content elements.

/n

- Coordinate with business partners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of content projects.

/n

- Identify opportunities for content and process improvements.

/n

- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent requests while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Requirements

/n

/n

- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing,



Life Sciences , or a related field. Master's in Life Sciences is a plus.

/n

- 1–3 years of experience in developing, managing, or maintaining digital content using CMS/content authoring systems.

/n

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel , with the ability to work with large datasets.

/n

- Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM tools is an advantage.

/n

- Strong writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills.

/n

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

/n

- Working knowledge of scientific terminology and abbreviations .

/n

- Knowledge of HTML formatting is a plus.

/n

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

/n

- Good project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

/n

- Robust problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.

/n

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

/n
