Your Tasks:

1. Webinar Programme Ownership :

/n

1. Plans, coordinates, and executes end-to-end webinar programmes across Europe, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent delivery standards.

/n

1. Technical Webinar Management (ON24) :

/n

1. Manages all technical aspects of webinar delivery, including ON24 setup, configuration, scheduling, live session execution, and post-event processing.

/n

1. Content & Speaker Coordination :

/n

1. Works closely with internal experts and external speakers to structure and deliver high-quality, engaging B2B webinar content.

/n

1. Workflow Design & Marketing Automation (Marketo) :

/n

1. Designs and implements automated workflows, nurture streams, and drip campaigns to support webinar journeys and lead management.

/n

1. Email Campaign Execution (Marketo) :

/n

1. Builds and executes webinar-related email campaigns in Marketo, including invitations, reminders, follow-ups, landing pages, and audience segmentation.

/n

1. Performance Tracking & Reporting :

/n

1. Monitors key webinar KPIs (registrations, attendance, engagement, conversion)



and provides structured reporting with actionable insights.

/n

1. Data-Driven Optimization :

/n

1. Analyzes webinar and campaign performance data, deriving clear recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and overall programme effectiveness.

/n

Your Qualifications:

/n

1. Minimum Bachelors Degree Graduate.

/n

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience.

/n

/n

Additional Information:

1. Proficient in ON24 for webinar and virtual event production, including setup, moderation, and analytics

/n

1. Proficient in Marketo, experience in using email analytics and dashboards in Marketo.

/n

1. Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, budgets, and ability to work with cross-functional international teams.

/n

1. Data-Driven Mindset to evaluate event performance and optimise future initiatives.

/n

1. Technical Agility to troubleshoot live issues and manage hybrid event environments.

/n

1. Robust communication skils for briefing speakers, aligning teams, and engaging audiences. (English C2 level)
