CTC: ₹13 - ₹15LPA (Based on Last Drawn Salary)

We are seeking an experienced P2P Manager to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Oracle ERP experience, proven team management skills, and expertise in managing the complete P2P lifecycle.

Key Requirements

/n

✅ Graduate (Mandatory)

/n

✅ Currently working as an On-Paper Manager (Mandatory)

/n

✅ 10 to 19 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay Operations

/n

✅ Robust hands-on experience with Oracle ERP

/n

✅ End-to-End P2P process expertise including Procurement, Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and Payments

/n

✅ Experience leading and managing teams of 10 to 15 members





/n

✅ Strong stakeholder management and operational excellence skills

/n

✅ Immediate joiners preferred

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

Manage end-to-end P2P operations and service delivery

/n

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 to 15 associates

/n

Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards

/n

Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

/n

Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalations

/n

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations

/n
