Partnerships Leader – Chennai (Shollinghanallur)

We’re seeking a seasoned qualified (10–12 yrs exp) to drive strategic alliances that fuel distribution, customer acquisition, and long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential partners (corporates, fintechs, platforms, communities)

/n

- Build and execute partnership strategies aligned with business goals

/n

- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize partnership agreements

/n

- Drive partner onboarding and ensure smooth integration with internal teams

/n

- Track and optimize partner performance (leads, conversions, revenue)

/n

- Build co-marketing and co-branded initiatives with partners

/n

- Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders

/n

Requirements

/n

/n

- 10 - 12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances

/n

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

/n

- Experience working with startups, fintech, or insurance is preferred

/n

- Ability to structure win-win partnership models

/n

- An analytical mindset to track ROI and performance

/n
