We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Dean / Sr. Dean (Computer Science) to lead our institution’s academic and administrative functions in Hyderabad.

Role Overview

As the Dean, you will be responsible for providing academic leadership, strategic direction, and administrative oversight for the Department of Computer Science. You will play a key role in advancing excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and collaboration with industry, while also ensuring smooth functioning of academic and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Computer Science faculty in designing and delivering cutting-edge academic programs.

/n

- Oversee curriculum development, research initiatives, and faculty development.

/n

- Manage departmental budgets, policies,



and resource allocation.

/n

- Build and strengthen collaborations with industry, academia, and research organizations.

/n

- Guide students’ academic progression, placements, and overall development.

/n

- Ensure compliance with university, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

/n

- Drive initiatives for international collaborations and research grants.

/n

- Foster a culture of innovation, ethics, inclusivity, and academic excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong academic record with significant research publications.

/n

- 10-15 years of academic/industry experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role.

/n

- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage academic programs, and handle institutional administration.

/n

- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

/n

- Strong industry connect and vision for emerging technologies like AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
