THE ROLE

As a Business Manager, you will take ownership of business development, client acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive business development and generate new business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design teams
- Conduct client meetings and site visits as required
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals
- Drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities
- Identify new market and business opportunities
- Ensure a strong client experience throughout the sales journey
- Track sales performance, revenue, and conversion metrics
- Take ownership of individual business and revenue targets

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' of relevant work experience
- General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training
- Requires reasoning ability and valuable independent judgment
