Key Responsibilities:

- Own overall business growth, revenue, profitability, and operational performance of the center.

/n

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business and productivity targets.

/n

- Lead, mentor, and develop senior leaders and build a high-performance culture.

/n

- Drive end-to-end business performance, including revenue growth, portfolio expansion, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, collections, recovery, and portfolio quality.

/n

- Monitor KPIs and MIS, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

/n

- Ensure effective coordination across functions for seamless business operations.

/n

- Drive employee productivity, engagement, retention, and capability development.

/n

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

/n

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

/n





- Manage critical escalations and maintain robust stakeholder relationships.

/n

- Support the growth and scaling of the Hyderabad center and provide regular business updates to senior management

Eligibility / Qualification:

/n

/n

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. MBA/PGDM will be preferred.

/n

- 12+ years of relevant experience, with significant experience in Fin Tech, NBFC, digital lending, or financial services.

/n

- Strong understanding of lending business, end-to-end operations, business performance, and financial services.

/n

- Proven experience in leading large teams, managing business targets, driving growth and productivity, and managing cross-functional operations.

/n

- Strong commercial, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage and scale a large business centre.
