We are looking for an ambitious Business Development professional who can help us expand our presence in the USA market and generate new business opportunities.

What You Will Do

/n

/n

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the USA market

/n

- Build relationships with startup founders, CTOs, product leaders and business owners

/n

- Execute outbound sales campaigns through Linked In, email and networking

/n

- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements

/n

- Create proposals and coordinate with technical teams

/n

- Manage CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

/n

- Work closely with the founders to build a scalable sales process

/n

/n

What We Are Looking For

/n

1. 10 years of experience in IT services sales

/n

Experience selling software development services to US clients

/n

Strong understanding of:

/n

/n

- Custom Software Development

/n

- Mobile App Development

/n

- SaaS Products

/n

- Cloud & Dev Ops Services

/n

/n

Experience with:

/n

/n





- Linked In Sales Navigator

/n

- Hub Spot or similar CRM

/n

- Cold outreach and lead generation

/n

/n

Excellent communication and presentation skills

/n

Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth

/n

Preferred

/n

/n

- Experience selling offshore development teams

/n

- Existing network in the US startup or SMB ecosystem

/n

- Track record of closing software projects worth $20K+

/n

/n

Compensation

/n

Fixed Salary: ₹12-15 LPA

/n
