Job role:Release/Project ManagerYears of experience:7+ YrsLocation:BangaloreWork Mode:HybridOwn end-to-end release management for enterprise endpoint environment, ensuring reliable, low-risk deployments through endpoint management Solutions (WorkspaceONE/Intune) with solid governance, execution discipline, and operational stability.Key Responsibilities• Manage full release lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, and validation• Define release windows, rollout strategy, and deployment plans• Ensure compliance with change management and governance processes• Drive large-scale deployments (apps, patches, configurations) via endpoint management Solutions (WorkspaceOne/Intune)• Provide regular status reporting, create & maintain dashboards, and stakeholder communication • Coordinate across Engineering, Support, and Business teams• Track and manage releases using Jira and related tooling Skills & Experience Required• Expertise in Program,



Release & Delivery Management• Leverage AI Tools to accelerate deliverables of Self and Team• Deep understanding of Agile (Kanban/Scrum)• Knowledge of EUC environments & device lifecycle• Experience with Workspace ONE or similar MDM platforms• Strong governance, change management & risk control• Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking and release coordination• Excellent stakeholder management & execution disciplineGood to Have• Application packaging (EUC)• Windows & macOS environments• Scripting & automation (PowerShell, Python, Shell)• Exposure to ServiceNow / deployment / reporting toolsQualifications• Bachelors Degree in CS / IT or related field• 7+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in Program/Release/Delivery manager roles
