Job Description Location: Nacharam, Hyderabad Work Mode: On-site Shift: US Shift Experience: 2–7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Nacharam, Hyderabad . The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing market, excellent vendor relationships, and proven experience in marketing and placing IT consultants. Key Responsibilities Market available IT consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and staffing companies . Identify suitable requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, email campaigns, and existing databases. Build and maintain strong relationships with US vendors, recruiters, and clients . Submit consultant profiles against suitable requirements and actively follow up on submissions. Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/vendors. Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients. Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, experience, location preferences, availability, and project requirements. Generate new vendor contacts and continuously expand the vendor network. Maintain accurate records of requirements, submissions, interviews, and placements. Follow up consistently until the consultant is successfully placed. Achieve defined weekly and monthly submission and placement targets.



Required Skills & Qualifications 2–7 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Marketing. Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process . Good understanding of employment types such as C2C, W2, and 1099 . Strong existing network of vendors and implementation partners is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management abilities. Good understanding of IT technologies and technical consultant profiles. Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, vendor databases, and email marketing . Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Proven ability to convert submissions into interviews and placements. Preferred Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates who have: An established US staffing vendor network. A proven track record of successful bench placements. Solid experience marketing consultants across multiple technologies. Excellent rate negotiation and closing skills. Ability to generate genuine requirements instead of relying only on job portals. Strong ownership of consultants from marketing through placement.
