Position OverviewnCancer Healer Center is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Center In-Charge to take ownership of the day-to-day operations, patient experience, team performance, administration and business performance of the center.nThe Center In-Charge will be responsible for ensuring that the center functions efficiently, patients receive a high-quality and compassionate experience, employees perform effectively, and the center achieves its operational and revenue objectives.nThis is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong people management, operational discipline, commercial understanding and excellent patient-handling skills.Key Responsibilities1. Center Operationsnn Take overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of the center.n Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted efficiently and professionally.n Implement and monitor CHC's SOPs, policies and operational standards.n Ensure compliance with applicable safety and service standards.n Identify operational gaps and implement timely corrective measures.n Ensure effective coordination between clinical, front-office and support functions.n Maintain a clean, organized and patient-friendly center environment.n2. Patient Experience & Service Excellencenn Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience at every stage of the patient journey.n Monitor patient interactions and service quality across the center.n Personally address important patient concerns and complaints.n Ensure patient issues are resolved promptly and professionally.n Gather and monitor patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.n Ensure patients and their families receive appropriate information, assistance and support.n Build a culture of empathy, professionalism and patient-first service.n3. Team Leadership & People Managementnn Lead, supervise and coordinate the center team.n Allocate responsibilities and ensure effective utilization of manpower.n Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity and overall team performance.n Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.n Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations for employees.n Identify training and development requirements.n Motivate the team and maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.n Address employee concerns and resolve team-level conflicts effectively.n4.



Business Development & Revenue Growthnn Take responsibility for achieving center-level business and revenue objectives.n Monitor patient footfall, consultations, treatment activity and repeat visits.n Identify opportunities to increase patient engagement and center revenue.n Develop and implement appropriate sales and cross-sales initiatives.n Work on improving patient conversion and retention.n Identify local opportunities for business development and patient acquisition.n Coordinate with the central marketing and business teams to support center growth.n Monitor performance against monthly and quarterly targets and implement corrective actions where required.n5. Financial Managementnn Monitor center-level financial performance.n Support preparation and management of the center budget.n Monitor operational expenses and ensure responsible utilization of resources.n Track collections and financial performance.n Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.n Identify areas for better cost control and operational efficiency.n Coordinate with the finance team on financial and reporting requirements.n6. Administration & Facility Managementnn Oversee the day-to-day administrative requirements of the center.n Ensure proper maintenance of the facility and equipment.n Coordinate repairs, maintenance and facility-related requirements.n Manage inventory and ensure adequate availability of essential supplies.n Monitor stock levels and minimize shortages and wastage.n Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.n Ensure the center remains operationally ready at all times.n7. Patient Relationship Managementnn Develop strong and professional relationships with patients and their families.n Understand patient requirements and ensure appropriate support.n Handle sensitive patient situations with maturity and empathy.n Ensure timely communication and resolution of patient concerns.n Encourage a patient-centric culture across the entire center team.n8. Reporting & Performance Managementnn Maintain accurate center-level operational and performance reports.n Track key performance indicators including:n Patient footfalln New patientsn Follow-up patientsn Consultationsn Treatment activityn Revenuen Collectionsn Patient complaintsn Team productivityn Operating expensesn Share regular performance updates with management.n Identify performance gaps and prepare action plans for improvement.n9.
