- We are looking for ex-Designers who have moved beyond design execution and want to orchestrate business outcomes in an AI-native world.

- We are looking for someone who can walk into an ambiguous situation and ask: What problem should we solve? Why does it matter? What is now possible? And how do we get the organisation to act on it?

- Your design background matters but as a foundation for problem framing, strategy, consulting, and influencing decisions , rather than as the end goal.

The Context

As AI, AI agents, and MCPs make product development faster than ever, the value of design is shifting from creating artefacts to shaping outcomes. This is an chance to redefine the role of design in an AI-native world, wherein human judgement, systems thinking, and creativity become the real differentiators.

While AI holds potential to be leveraged, it cannot be left to determine what truly matters and why. The human in the loop has to take ownership of identifying which problems deserve attention, internalise the strategic context to navigate the solution landscape and build trust, alignment, and capability needed to drive organisational change. This is an opportunity to design and co-create the necessary conditions in which people, AI, and organisations can thrive together to achieve impactful outcomes.

What we are looking for

We are less interested in your job title and more interested in the trajectory of your career .

- You will likely have 8–12 years of total experience , with at least ~5 years in roles that required hands-on experience in framing business problems, not just executing design solutions or requirements.




- A career arc that shows progression from Craft Execution → Business Problem Framing → Strategy → Influence → Outcomes
- Hands-on experience in building AI-native product, platform, or digital transformation journeys involving AI at an enterprise level.
- Demonstrated comfort operating in roles where design had to earn its seat amongst business, speak their language, and co-define north stars.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience designing and conducting discovery, ideation, and strategy workshops.

Responsibilities

You will partner with clients and our teams to shape product vision, facilitate workshops, translate visions into concepts, and ideas into products - those which drive impact for users and business stakeholders.

1. Strategy / Innovation-led thinking

- Be the framer of the problem - translating ambiguity into a shared understanding.
- Understand business goals, user needs, and current challenges to define the problem landscape.
- Lead dedicated discovery with stakeholders, define product vision, and shape strategic roadmaps from a solutioning perspective.
- Hold the “people-centricity” value across the NPD cycle from concept, execution, and adoption.
- Leverage Systems thinking, Product thinking, and Analytical thinking to solve complex business problems.

2. Collaboration / Consulting-led approach

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, designers, and business teams to solve meaningful problems.
- Facilitate conversations, align stakeholders, communicate ideas with clarity, and influence decisions.
- Bring curiosity, empathy, and structured thinking to every engagement.

3. AI-enablement / Critical thinking at core

- Have a constant hunger for opportunities where AI can enhance or transform business outcomes.
- Leverage AI to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and product strategy as a practitioner.
- Contribute to building an AI-native design practice in harmony with an AI-powered SDLC.
