Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the full product lifecycle for our clients — from onboarding through integration, deployment, and successful go-live. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and support teams, and demands prior experience delivering technology projects within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hospital clients, from kickoff through requirement scoping

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, setting expectations on timelines, deliverables, and milestones

• Coordinate data collection, workflow mapping, and readiness assessments prior to implementation

Product Integration & Deployment

• Lead product integration efforts at client sites, coordinating with technical teams on system/data integrations (HMIS, EMR, and other hospital systems)

• Manage end-to-end deployment of Prodigy Health products, including configuration, testing, and go-live

• Identify and mitigate implementation risks, proactively resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality

• Ensure deployments meet healthcare data and workflow requirements specific to each client

Cross-Functional Collaboration





• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal Engineering, Product, and Support teams

• Translate client requirements and business needs into clear, actionable inputs for technical teams

• Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth handoff from deal closure to project kickoff

• Work closely with support teams to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to steady-state support

Project Delivery & Governance

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers for each client engagement

• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, balancing priorities and resources effectively

• Provide regular status reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders

• Drive training and change management activities to ensure user adoption at client sites

• Maintain project documentation, including scope, decisions, and lessons learned, for future reference

Candidate Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in project management, with mandatory prior experience in the healthcare industry (healthcare IT, health tech, hospital systems, or healthcare consulting)

• Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end technology implementations — from onboarding through go-live

• Experience coordinating product integrations and deployments in a client-facing setting

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and support teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical audiences

• Structured, process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have

• Experience with HMIS, EMR/EHR, or hospital CRM systems

• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)

• Understanding of India's digital health ecosystem
