Job Title: Customer Success Specialist / Customer Success Associate / Customer Success ExecutiveExperience Required: 1-3 years of experience (preferred: onboarding counselling and customer engagement experience)Job Module: Remote/Work From Home (6 days working)Language: Must be fluent in one of the following languages: Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, or Telugu.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end responsibility for the customer journey from the day the sale is closed until program completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage.Act as the first point of contact post-sale, welcoming current customers and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to customer success.Conduct structured onboarding and provide a complete walkthrough of the program, learning modules, processes, and key resources.Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, proactive support, and consistent engagement.Track customer progress, engagement levels, milestones, drop-off points,



& taking timely action wherever required.Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling based on customer needs, engagement, and overall journey.Skills & Qualifications Required1-3 years of relevant experience in Onboarding, Counselling, Customer Success or related roles.
