Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Take ownership of campaign budgets, performance, and scaling. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Work with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and attribution data. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives. Prepare performance reports and provide actionable business insights. 2–3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns independently. ~ Experience handling significant advertising budgets and scaling campaigns. ~ Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising. ~ Robust analytical skills and the ability to understand performance data. ~ Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance. ~ Fluent English is required. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
